1. Returns Policy
We accept returns on most products. Provided that the items are in the same condition it was
received at the point of pick up and the item does not fall outside of the non-returnable items herein , you may return unopened items in the original packaging within 5 business days of your purchase
with receipt or proof of purchase. If 5 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a
reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Should a return not be warranted, the customer will be liable for any associated transportation costs. All returns or exchanges can be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
There are no returns or exchanges on paints that have been opened, electrical products etc.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com or 876-292-3998 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:
Winston Jones Highway, Kendal, Manchester. Jamaica, W.I. OR by a company representative.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a
reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is a non-exhaustive list of items and circumstances in which the Returns would not be applicable as follows to:
- Opened Paints or similar
- Electrical Items
- Stihl parts and products
- Sale items
- where the price for the supply of the goods, services or facilities in question is dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets and cannot be controlled by the supplier
- where the items in question-
- are made to the consumer’s specifications;
- are clearly personalized (e.g., finish, colour, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order and are non-returnable;
- by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
- are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- where audio or video recordings or consumer software are unsealed by the consumer;
- for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, magazines or books; or
- for the provision of gaming or lottery services.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your
returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
You may cancel your order any time within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been ordered and payment processed TymeCraft Hardware Limited will hold it at the location designated for pick for a maximum of ten (10) days from the date of purchase as stated on your order confirmation. If your purchase is not picked up within this time, TymeCraft Hardware Limited
reserves the right to either contact you to request pick up or to cancel your order and issue a credit to your account.
